I have windows firewall on my computer, but what exactly do the hardware firewall routers do that windows firewall can’t

I have a computer that has multiple users…I’d like to know which user was logged in when the spyware was installed as well as what site they were visiting that caused the spyware to install.

i doubt the scan was thorough. it is impossible to scan the whole computer in such little time. mcafee took 7 hours and even avast used to take 5 hours. Is comodo antivirus really doing the job?
