   when its done run a scan and it should find it.

   Yeah……Malwarebytes will get rid of it for you. Make sure you update it and follow instructions. I like to scan in safe mode myself.

   Your best bet is to know your enemy. This program is dynamic and updated on a regular basis. Also this enemy has friends. It is not one program but many working together. There are at least two trojans that work with it, and other maleware that is normally associated with it. One being that it puts up a firewall to stop you from getting to certain areas of the internet to fight it. For instance, it will block you from going to trendmicro.com, microsoft downloads. I listed to two sites below that tell you how to remove it, but it's an adaptive program and you will probably need to spend some time at it.

   The easiest solution is to reinstall your os and start from scratch. Then go out and get an anti-maleware program, I like spybot search and destroy.

   If that's not an option the long process is listed below from bleepingcomputer.com.

   Be careful from using anything requiring payment. It may be from one of the people that set this loose. Basically an internet type of extortion.
