  • Удалите Symantec AntiVirus for Linux из базы данных rpm.
  • Удалите файлы Symantec AntiVirus for Linux и загрузочные скрипты.
  • Перезагрузите компьютер, если SYMEV-модуль или  модуль SYMPAP загружены.

 

Чтобы удалить Symantec AntiVirus for Linux из базы данных rpm
в командной строке наберите следующую команду и нажмите Enter:

rpm -ev sav savui savjlu savap

В Ubuntu Linux, или других системах, не использующих RPM пакеты, используйте следующую команду:

dpkg -r sav savui savjlu savap

Для удаления файлов и загрузочных скриптов Symantec AntiVirus for Linux

1. В командной строке введите одну из следующих команд и нажмите Enter:

rm -f /etc/init.d/autoprotect
rm -f /etc/init.d/symcfgd /etc/init.d/rtvscand
rm -f /etc/ld.so.conf.d/symav.conf
rm -f /etc/symantec/VPREG*.*
rm -rf /etc/symantec/NLS
rm -rf /opt/Symantec/symantec_antivirus
rm -rf /opt/Symantec/autoprotect
rm -rf /root/sav*install.log*
rm -f /var/lock/subsys/symcfgd /var/lock/subsys/rtvscand
rm -rf /var/symantec/Quarantine
rm -rf /var/symantec/Logs

ВНИМАНИЕ: Переходите к следующему шагу, если условия, описанные здесь выполняются. Эти инструкции затрагивают файлы, которые используют другие продукты Symantec. Если Вы удаляете файл, используемый другим продуктом Symantec, то тот продукт нужно будет удалить и установить заново.

2. Если Symantec AntiVirus for Linux единственная установленная программа от Symantec, введите каждую из следующих команд и нажмите Enter:

rm -rf /var/tmp/I2_LDVP.TMP
rm -rf /var/symantec /var/run/symantec
rm -rf /opt/Symantec
rm -f /etc/Symantec.conf
rm -rf /etc/symantec

Чтобы убедиться в том, что SYMEV модуль или модуль SYMPAP загружены

1. В командной строке введите следующую команду и нажмите Enter:

ls /proc

Появиться список файлов и папок, содержащихся в каталоге proc.
Если Вы увидите файл SYMEV или файл SYMAP, то модуль загружен.

2. Если модуль SYMEV или модуль SYMPAP загружен, перезагрузите компьютер для завершения удаления Symantec AntiVirus for Linux 1.0.

Техническая информация:
Карантин Symantec AntiVirus for Linux находится в папке /var/symantec/Quarantine. Возможно, Вы захотите убедиться, что папка карантина вуста, перед удалением Symantec AntiVirus for Linux.

Im just pretty much wondering if those two are ok.

You should have only one (1) anti-virus only.

But Malwarebytes Anti-Malware is an anti-malware (not anti-virus) without any realtime protection so it will "play" nicely with your KAV 2010.

I just hope you are not using MalwareBytes as your only security on that desktop.

MalwareBytes AntiMalware (MBAM) is not a complete anti-virus solution and should not be used in place of a good "traditional" anti-virus software.

MBAM is instead a specialized removal tool that deals mostly in what are called "rogues". For every baddie that MalwareBytes finds it will miss hundreds.

From the MalwareBytes people themselves on their official forum:

"Our software is not anti-virus software, and is not meant to replace anti-virus software. It is meant to complement anti-virus software and cover the areas where anti-virus software is weak."

To properly remove and protect your computer from viruses and most all other malware, one needs to use a good anti-virus software with real-time protection a long side MBAM.
