I'm trying to download maplestory right now but it says "Your system is currently not allowing access to our servers. Check your firewall and/or security software settings and try again."

To try to answer your question. Go to start > control panel> security centre.

I don't think it will help you much. I think the problem is actually with your firewall. Now, if you only had told us what program you use…
