How can i remove spyware from my computer?

when i run a scan some spyware cant be removed. A box comes up and says 'cannot be removed'

How can i get rid of such rubbish?

you can get an antivirus like mcaphe or something like that or AVG and if that doesn't work go with the person who sold you that computer and i he doesn't know what to do guess you'll have to reboot your hard disk drive

Well, usually those are not removed by the AV. You would need Anti-Spyware
CA Security Center will help you fix the problem.
It is a package that has Anti-spyware, AV, firewall, etc …
Make sure you don't install two AV programs on your computer. Most likely it will crash.

Follow these intructions:
