How do you remove "sylepromotion" from your PC, spyware software no good; please help!?

This appears to be spyware and hinders the running of the PC, prevents applications from closing properly, creates "autoplay" on a right click menu then bombs out, requiring a reboot. Please help me remove this menace.

    I know anti spyware software is sometimes rubbish but promise you this one will remove it…. Have used it to remove exactly what you have… I used to like Spybot Search and Destroy but this is loads better:
